All VikiViki characters and responses are AI-generated fictional entertainment content.
The page explains that VikiViki runs its own open-weight AI models and that AI output can be inaccurate, unsafe, or inconsistent.

1. Nature of AI Content

VikiViki is an AI character roleplay chat application. All characters available on VikiViki are entirely fictional and are powered by artificial intelligence. The responses, personalities, and behaviors of AI characters are generated algorithmically and do not represent the views, opinions, or beliefs of GACMeta TECHNOLOGY., LIMITED or any real person.

AI-generated content is created in real time based on user input and the character's defined personality parameters. No human is on the other side of a conversation with an AI character. The AI does not have consciousness, emotions, or personal experiences — it generates text based on patterns learned from training data.

2. How VikiViki's AI Works (First-Party, Self-Hosted)

VikiViki's AI features are powered by open-weight models that GACMeta TECHNOLOGY., LIMITED deploys and operates itself on general-purpose computing infrastructure it rents (for example, AWS). Your messages, conversation context, and image-generation prompts are processed by these models on our own infrastructure. The infrastructure provider supplies only compute and storage as a processor and does not receive your data as an AI service. We do not send, share, or expose your content to any external or hosted AI service, so there is no third-party AI data interaction. 3. Limitations of AI

AI technology, while powerful, has inherent limitations. You should be aware that:

  • Inaccuracy: AI may generate responses that are factually incorrect, misleading, or nonsensical. Do not rely on AI-generated content for factual information.
  • Inappropriate Content: Despite our safety measures and content filters, AI may occasionally produce content that is unexpected, inappropriate, or offensive. We continuously work to improve our safety systems.
  • Not Professional Advice: AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Never use AI character interactions as a replacement for consultation with qualified professionals.
  • Inconsistency: AI characters may occasionally produce responses that are inconsistent with their defined personality or with previous messages in a conversation.
  • Hallucination: AI may generate plausible-sounding but fabricated information, including fake references, statistics, or events.

4. Data Processing

When you interact with AI characters on VikiViki, your messages are sent to our own backend and processed by open-weight models we operate in order to generate responses. Here is how your data is handled:

  • Your messages are transmitted securely to our backend using encryption (TLS).
  • They are processed by open-weight AI models that we deploy and operate, solely to generate character responses.
  • We do not use your conversation data to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model, and we do not send it to an external third-party AI provider.
  • The cloud infrastructure on which we run these models acts as a processor on our instructions (see our Privacy Policy § 4.5).

5. User Responsibility

As a user of VikiViki, you are responsible for:

  • Understanding that AI characters are fictional and their responses are generated by algorithms.
  • Evaluating AI-generated content critically and not treating it as authoritative or factual.
  • Your own decisions and actions based on interactions with AI characters.
  • Using the app in accordance with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Not attempting to use AI characters to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
  • Reporting any problematic AI-generated content through our in-app reporting tools.

6. No Warranties on AI Output

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. GACMeta TECHNOLOGY., LIMITED specifically disclaims all warranties regarding AI-generated content, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided by AI characters.
  • Fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of AI features.
  • That AI-generated content will meet your expectations or requirements.

GACMeta TECHNOLOGY., LIMITED shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content.

7. EU AI Act Compliance

In accordance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), we provide the following transparency information:

  • AI System Type: VikiViki uses generative AI systems (large language models) to produce text-based conversational content in a roleplay entertainment context.
  • Purpose: The AI system is used for entertainment purposes — specifically, to enable users to engage in fictional roleplay conversations with AI-generated characters.
  • AI-Generated Content Disclosure: All character responses in VikiViki are generated by AI. Users are informed of this both in this disclaimer and within the app interface.
  • Human Oversight: GACMeta TECHNOLOGY., LIMITED maintains human oversight over the AI system through content moderation, safety filters, and regular audits of AI behavior.
  • Risk Classification: We classify our AI usage as limited risk under the EU AI Act, as it involves AI-generated text in an entertainment context with clear disclosure to users.
